CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request cancellation of an order within twenty-four (24) hours of the original purchase date and time. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to dat@itsdatshop.com and must include the customer’s full name, order number, and any other information reasonably necessary to identify the order.

Submission of a cancellation request within the twenty-four (24) hour period does not guarantee cancellation. The business reserves the sole right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation based on its fulfillment status at the time the request is received.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or transferred to a shipping carrier, it shall be deemed final and no longer eligible for cancellation. Cancellation requests for orders that have already shipped will not be accepted under any circumstances.

D.A.T. shall have no obligation to grant cancellation requests that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy, including but not limited to requests submitted after the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window or after fulfillment or shipment has occurred.

D.A.T. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting to the business’s website or other official sales channels.
