RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be fair, clear, and easy to understand. Please review the details below before initiating a return or exchange. 

​Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order items

​Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for the exact item, subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
  • Exchanges must meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

Returns for Store Credit or Refunds

  • Eligible returns will receive either a refund to the original form of payment or store credit, based on the item and circumstances.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item(s) and the packaging in which they came, with your message.
  • We will resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team at dat@itsdatshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back following the provided guidelines.

​Processing Time

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt of your return for processing.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your financial institution.
