SHipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with our boutique. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and related information. 

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 10 -14 business days


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We do our best to deliver the product within 7 business days.  

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update. 

Shipping Carriers

We partner with UPS as a carrier to ensure timely and secure delivery.  

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses are subject to additional shipping fees. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
